Administration
The association's affairs are run by the board and officials. The board meets roughly once a month. Board meetings are open to members and are announced on the association's Telegram channel. At the election meeting held each autumn, the following year's board is chosen along with dozens of officials who organise and develop the association's activities.
If you wish to be involved in organizing our activities or even participate in the planning of your favorite event, you don't have to wait! Audiopoli is happy to take on new volunteer organizers, so feel free to contact any board member or express your interest in a movie night to get involved in creating activities for the association.

Chair

The Chair is responsible for the overall running of the association. They handle paperwork together with the Secretary and look after the budget together with the Treasurer. They also call the board and association meetings.

The Vice-Chair stands in for the Chair if they are unable to attend to their duties. While the Chair is present, the Vice-Chair takes care of many running matters.

Secretary

The Secretary writes the minutes at meetings and makes sure they are signed and archived. The Secretary is also in charge of communicating the association's general matters.

Treasurer

The Treasurer is responsible for the association's finances and bookkeeping, and prepares the budget and the financial statements. The Treasurer also makes sure the budget is followed. In addition, the Treasurer pays funding applications, takes care of collecting and recording Kinopoli booking fees, and maintains the association's membership register.

Kinopoli Manager

The Kinopoli Manager has the main responsibility for Kinopoli. Their duties include making sure that current Kinopoli matters are communicated, answering questions from people who book the space, and handling the door openers and other problem situations related to Kinopoli.

Lounge Manager

The Lounge Manager looks after the tidiness and comfort of Kinopoli's storage room and corridor. They make sure that bottles get returned and that the storage room has everything needed, such as trash bags, paper, coffee, etc.
